About Our Data

Last updated: March 8, 2026

How We Compile Data

Texas Court Intel aggregates information exclusively from public records. Our primary sources include Texas Ethics Commission filings, county clerk records, official court websites, and public CLE databases. Every data point in our system requires at least one verifiable citation before it is published.

Update Frequency

Active courts are reviewed on a rolling basis to ensure the information you rely on stays current. Each record displays its last-verified date so you can assess recency at a glance. Campaign finance data is updated when new TEC filings become available, typically following statutory reporting deadlines.

What We Cover

We currently cover 50 Texas counties with the highest litigation volume. Court types include:

  • District Courts
  • County Courts at Law
  • Probate Courts

Data categories span judge profiles, staff directories, campaign finance disclosures, CLE speaking history, and courthouse logistics such as filing procedures and scheduling patterns.

What We Don't Cover

Texas Court Intel does not provide case outcome predictions, sealed record information, or attorney performance ratings. This platform is designed to supplement — not replace — direct review of official court records. Always verify critical details with the court directly.

Data Accuracy

Each data point carries a source confidence score based on citation quality and recency. Fields sourced from official government records receive the highest confidence rating. Fields without verified sources are marked as pending rather than estimated, ensuring you always know the difference between confirmed and unconfirmed information.

Report an Error

If you find inaccurate information, please contact us at support@texascourtintel.com. We take corrections seriously and will update verified errors within 48 hours.
