By accessing or using Texas Court Intel ("TCI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TCI provides legal intelligence summaries derived from publicly available records, including judge profiles, campaign finance disclosures, CLE history, and filing timing data for Texas courts. TCI is an informational tool — it does not provide legal advice.

3. No Legal Advice

Content on TCI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Always verify information with official court records and consult a licensed attorney for legal decisions.

4. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
One account per individual. Account sharing is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from TCI.
Redistribute TCI data without written permission.
Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
Use TCI for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code are the property of Texas Court Intel LLC. Public records data is sourced and attributed per applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

TCI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including reliance on information provided.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
